Chen Hui Jing will be speaking at 2 events this September
We are pleased to announce that our Design Lead, Chen Hui Jing, will be speaking at 2 events happening this month, Form, Function & Class 8 and the Mozilla Developer Asia Roadshow.
She will be speaking about modern web layouts and how designing for the web medium requires a different way of thinking.
<form> function() & .class is a web design conference created by volunteers and dedicated to the local community in Asia, held in the sunny/rainy shores of the Philippines. It is the pioneering web design conference in Southeast-Asia and is now in its eighth year.
The name FFC alludes to the 3 elements of a website (<form> from HTML, function() from JavaScript, .class from CSS) and the 3 concepts central to the craft (form, function, and continuous learning).
Form, Function & Class 8 will take place on 17 September, 2017 at The Globe Tower, Taguig, Philippines.
She will next be touring South-east Asia as part of the Mozilla Developer Asia Roadshow 2017, landing in Singapore, Ho Chi Minh, Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Hong Kong.
Mozilla Developer Roadshow events are fun, informative sessions for people who build the Web. Over the past eight months we’ve held thirty-six events all over the world sharing the word about the latest in Mozilla and Firefox technologies.
The Roadshow is coming to Asia for the first time, with the goals of finding local experts and connecting the community. The first Asia event is in Singapore at the PayPal headquarters on September 19, 2017.
